Move with grace is about cultivating awareness through Pilates and Gyrotonic®️ practices. Whether for postural alignment, functional strength, sports conditioning, or rehabilitation, each movement is designed with intention, helping your body move with greater freedom and resilience.


Movement is our first language, the body’s way of remembering itself.
In Move with grace, I guide you to rediscover that language through mindful movement and embodied awareness.
Using the principles of Gyrokinesis, Pilates, Yoga and Somatic exploration, each session invites you to move not for perfection, but for presence, to feel how strength, breath, and softness can coexist.
This is where we build harmony from the inside out.
