Grace
If you knew me in my 20s, you’d know me as a runner. Not just one who clocked miles on roads and trails, I was also running away from life’s challenges.
Back then, my way of coping was through action: fixing problems, staying efficient, staying strong. I became known for getting things done. A trophy employee who turned into a trophy mom when my first daughter arrived at 27. But behind all the achievements, I was constantly moving, never resting, never truly taking care of myself.
Then my 30s arrived — with grief and challenges that no amount of endurance could fix. That was when I finally began to realize that the old ways of coping no longer worked. I remember my first yoga classes.I came in broken, lost, worn out, and vulnerable. I didn’t understand why simply sitting with my struggles could help. Yet something in me knew to keep showing up.
Over time, through movement, stillness, and learning to breathe again, I began to see that healing isn’t about fixing. It’s about feeling, softening, and allowing.
Climbing deepened that lesson. On the wall, every move demanded presence and trust, in breath, in body, in the moment itself. It taught me that strength and vulnerability can coexist, and that grace can be found even when the next hold feels out of reach.
Ten years later, that path of searching and growing has shaped who I am today. I now walk alongside others, helping them reconnect with their own strength, their body’s wisdom, and the grace that’s already within them.
I combine mindful movement practices like Pilates, Gyrotonic®, and Gyrokinesis® with somatic healing techniques such as Spinal Flow Technique® and Somatic Experiencing® for Trauma Healing.
Whether I’m coaching climbers, supporting recovery from injury, or holding space for trauma healing, my intention is always the same; to help others cultivate awareness, balance, resilience, and grace in their own lives.
